This is in response to the owners reply to my initial review on August 13, 2019. In today’s world of individual dietary needs, it is not unusual for a competent restaurant to fulfill a nutritional request. By serving the sauce on the side instead of “covering” the chicken, it does not change my complaint. One chicken was served raw and one chicken was served over cooked. Our reservation required preordering our meals and we did not receive any resistance in our dietary request. Also, after bringing this issue to the manager’s attention, we were not even offered a different replacement meal. Therefore, we continued our evening hungry. Even with inadequate service, I still tipped our waitress over 20% and covered the ticket price to watch the show. The fact that you failed to address any initial complaints, and redirect blame is extremely disappointing. For anyone reading this, I would advise you to skip the dinner and just enjoy the show.

At first glance we thought it was a mistake but wait and enjoy it was a great show and big chief is funny food was phenomenal! Well worth the reservations are advised.
The show was great! The food not so much.. I tried to enjoy it but ended up not feeling good for the rest of the night.
Rooms were okay. Breakfast staff was terrible. They were very rude and they often served us the wrong order. There was only one cook that took forever to cook. Even when the food is cooked, it has no taste. Most of the staff around the hotel doesn’t know what they’re doing. Overall we had a terrible experience and we will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone
Show was great food was very low quality for what we paid for! Be aware dessert was not really good! Be aware and my waiter was rude and not very hospitable!
Looks good only from the outside. We had a room across the pool. It was dirty, smelly and not the best place to stay in. This may not be the case for everyone, but our experience was not the best.
This review is for the Polynesian dinner show. The food was very good. But the show was fantastic! The length they went to put on a great show was incredible; and the "big guy" who led the show has a fantastic and smooth voice. I would go again. It really made for a great night! See it!
