A positive medical experience. I've had 2 visits and a hearing test so far, with suggested mri's scheduled soon. I've been happy with Nikki's care, knowledge and patience. The office staff has been efficient, as well as pleasant and the extra covid protections in place are appreciated. I feel fortunate to have gotten a referral to AZ Coast ENT, for my earache & echo problem.

Dr. Cunning and his staff are always professional and courteous. Dr. Cunning is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice for all your ENT needs.

1. They don't answer the phone. 2. They don't call you back. 3. Their hours aren't posted online. 4. They rush through your appointment. 5. There is no follow up to help you get better, just more appointments that you have to struggle to make, because of 1 and 2. It's obvious that these guys are pretty happy to be the only ENT in town because that's how they can get away with such lousy service. Edit: Maybe call people back and or answer the phone and respond to the negative reviews later.

Serious sinus infection issue. Lots of \appointments and money\ but no results. Was smart enough to send out cultures but then didn' test to see which antibiotic would kill the bacteria. Prescribed same antibiotic I had already taken against my wishes with no result. A PA just recently told me to take a very basic antibiotic and after a year and a half of not being able to breathe, I'm all better! Go figure....their ENT \specialists\...I dont think so.
