Highly recommend! Visiting Lake Havasu City on vacation and took Caitlin’s Hammock Yoga class! I was nervous because I have never done this type of yoga before but Caitlin was so welcoming, kind, and easy-going! The class was super fun. Some of the poses were challenging but doable and I’m already feeling sore so you know it was a great workout too! I’m going to try to get to one more class in at electric soul before our trip is over! It is also located in such a cute little area in the downtown district! If we’re traveling back to AZ in 2021 again I will definitely take more classes!

Such a cute little studio! Caitlin is a great teacher, she’s challenging yet gentle. I love savasana in the hammock paired with the magic of the gong. Namaste
Our family loved hammock yoga with Caitlin! Our daughter is 9 yrs old and was engaged the whole time. Caitlin was able to help us to understand how to perform (and play with!) yoga poses on the hammock while keeping everything light and FUN. ElectricSoil Yoga studio is beautifully designed and Caitlin made us feel welcome. We also bought some delicious chai tea and a super cool t-shirt. What a wonderful experience this morning at Electricsoil Yoga! My first aerial yoga class. It was amazing, and exhilarating! Not what I expected! Thanks Caitlin for a unique class.
