2015 GLK 250 Mercedes Benz Can’t say stress free..but each person from this team did their job..the bad and the good .. beyond my expectations. Challenging negotiations , fair pricing and excellent customer service !!!! Paperwork went smoothly-Any problems out of our control were fixed as fast as possible , effectively and efficiently. Brought my Jeep here because it had no heat on driver side. After 3 hours of waiting and 470 later they told me my driver side had heat again and was good to go. As soon as I drove away and tried the heat it still was not fixed, still no heat on driver side. Not sure what kind of pathetic mechanics work here, I doubt they're even qualified to touch a wrench. All I got from going here was a waste of my morning and money. Would give zero stars if I could.

My daughter's brand new truck (less than 3 weeks old) had an ABS module fail. The truck locked in Park as a result. Dodge paid for the tow truck from Kincardine to Goderich but they didn't tell her she was entitled to a loaner vehicle. This meant I had to lend her my vehicle, plus we both had to drive to Goderich the next day to pick it up. Not very good Customer Service at all.

I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in to have the brakes serviced. They recommended 1,600 worth of work. Because of the expense, and just to get me back home, they did a caliper servicing and freed up a slider pin so my caliper would not seize. They charged me two hours labour (250 with tax). Less than 100 km down the road the caliper seized. The caliper was the only thing they did not want to replace with thier quote. When I attempted to get my money back, I was told no. The service manager said that they had serviced the caliper and they could not predict that it would seize again. As the caliper was the only thing they touched, and they did not recommend replacement in thier quote, and it seized almost immediately after leaving thier shop, I feel that note returning my money is unfair. If they had done the 1,600 in work, this same issue would have still happened. I ended up getting all of the work done at a Canadian Tire in Stratford for 1,000. If you are looking for service, I would pass on Lake Huron Chrysler.
