I can not say enough about this place. My daughter had severe torticollis, we were referred to LKCT and they have been amazing every step of the way. Our therapist Susan was kind, compassionate and effective. Any concerns I had were addressed and explained with clarity, I never felt rushed or brushed off. We also saw Angie for our evaluation and many therapy sessions, she was also top notch! Not to mention the work they do is life changing! They have given my daughter a better quality of life. She was behind on milestones and had no mobility in her neck. After our time at LKCT she has caught up on milestones and is a thriving 18 month-er! This would not have been the case without the awesome therapy and guidance they provided. The office team is spectacular and handled referrals, insurance and everything else we needed! They worked quickly and had excellent communication. This place will not let you down. Thank you so much LKCT!

I was hopeful for my 3 year old son to receive some therapy from this office after being referred by his pediatrician. When I called to make an appointment I was met by an incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionist who had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. I informed her who I was referred by and why. When she heard the concern my son’s pediatrician had she scoffed as if a 3 year old couldn’t suffer from that kind of mental health issue. She then gave me even more attitude as she demanded to know what caused the issues which is something that is appropriate to be discussed during an actual therapy session with a professional, not a mere receptionist. If I were Dr. Milburn I would be embarrassed to employ such an individual at my practice. Definitely taking my son elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable clinicians and built an amazing relationship with my daughter to meet our therapy goals! Highly recommend their occupational therapist.
