TJ is an excellent salesman! We found exactly the car we were looking for and negotiated a great deal. Clean and modern showroom, immaculate vehicles, and friendly staff. And, they will buy your old vehicle with an offer well above other dealers' -- even a 2003 Honda Element that needs towing! Highly recommend and would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealer.

I have bought a ton of cars retail over the last 17 years (about 20, actually) and I can honestly say that this was the easiest best experience I have ever had. I purchased a used BMW M4 from this dealership and not only was the car reconditioned including new tires, the car itself was in outstanding condition, beyond my expectations from the photos on the website. The price was beyond reasonable and I was offered a respectable amount for my trade, which I now see listed on their site for a reasonable amount as well. The salesman was easy to get along with, and the finance department did not hard sell me on a bunch of expensive junk like most dealers do. My loan rate was not marked up and was comparable to what I would have received should I have had secured my own financing. Great dealership and absolutely worth driving up from Charlotte.

Purchasing from this dealership has left me with a bad impression. They have over promised and failed to deliver. I have called to follow up many times and the dealership has continued to give me the run around on following through with what they have promised to provide. At first I was able to get a hold of a sale manager to discuss the situation. With two different managers I have been told they have personally handled my situation but again the promised promotion failed to come through. Now I get an voicemail with no reply. I have tired to be patient. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt of allowing them to follow through with their promise with time but it has been two full months and nothing has happened. I am highly disappointed and will try to follow through to obtain what was promised to me at the time of my purchase. It seems it may never happen. I am merely posting this because it is the principle of a business contact. When you offer a service/promotion then you follow through with what you offered. You do not throw out empty promises to assure a sale and sweep it under the rug as though it was never said. Again it is the principle of a business contract, you follow through with what offer and promise.

I could not be more pleased with the lease of my new Infinity! Terrance (Sales) and Amber (finance) made this process incredibly easy! They never waivered on their promised prices and the whole transaction was pleasant and stress free. I drove 20 extra miles, right passed the Infinity of Charlotte, to lease my new car with Infinity of Lake Norman. If you want a transparent, enjoyable experience, I suggest you do the same!

First new car purchase in years. Jared was our sales person. Gave us all options for our needs including option not yet available to us. Within a couple hrs the “non option” was reality! It was a wonder 2020 with low miles. Jared had it detailed and ready for a drive that afternoon. The finance manager (missed his name)got us our best finance rate. The finance girl (missed her name) was great and provided us with additional options to protect our investment. The entire process was effortless and was very easy to do business with. Highly recommend Jared and the rest of the staff ant Lake Norman Infiniti. Side note.... the massage chair lounge was great! Great Job!
