From start to finish, it is clear that service is their number one priority. It was the highlight of our staycation and as we will continue to make this a reoccurring family tradition! We LOVE this place!

This place is closed and the building is for rent. They have my brand new boat in winter storage and do not have an alternate way to contact them. The old phone number goes to a generic voicemail. I'd say avoid them at all costs, but they're closed so..... Would love to know how to get my boat back if anyone knows.
We have been working with Orion Marine for the past year. They are well intentioned but the execution on customer service is inexcusable. After a year of boat storage our restored pontoon boat was holding an inch of water in the seats, all 4 batteries were dead, we had a brand new rip in the seat fabric , and our 1 year old Bimini cover was missing a support pin. We tried calling several times and had been put on hold for up to 35min. Finally they called us to charge for battery testing... After explaining what happened they did repair the seat and eat the delivery cost. What is really frustrating is that this is how they treated us after we purchased new pontoon boat from them... Just today my wife called to see if they had a replacement Propeller in stock. After 20min on hold I drove up to the service department and was told they did not. I then pointed to the phone that had two blinking lights and explained that a women has been on hold for 25min to ask you that same question... They are not bad people and when they understand the problem they will fix it. With that said they have lost our business until they get there customer service figured out.
Worked in the service department and had to experience first hand how poorly fun the business is. Numerous customers unhappy not only with how long it took us to complete work but with how terrible service had been in the past years. The owner refuses to purchase parts or tools needed to complete jobs, many times I had to run to Ace or Home Depot for something to finish jobs, and the old service manager who is not in sales does nothing but attempt to sabotage the new service department. Which is a shame because the technicians and Service manager are amazing at their jobs and are being held back from being able to do them effectively
Had a great experience while renting a boat here. Scott and staff did a wonderful job accommodating us! We rented a boat for a whole day but the day we had reserved it for had a rain in the forecast. We ended up having to return the boat after 4 hrs because of the storms. Scott gave us the option to rebook the remaining half day for a different day which we gladly took. When we went out to use our second half day, the forecast AGAIN called for rain and Scott gave us another option to rebook but we couldn't because that day was the only free time we had so we took our chances and took the boat out. We had a great time and luckily no rain! Scott was really nice when we returned the boat and even covered the cost of gas for us! We are very happy customers and would definitely come back again next year! Hopefully no rain then! ;) Would highly recommend this place because of how willing they were to work with us because of the weather. Thank you again! Our families have some fun memories of being on the lake!
We have been trying to contact them since Nov. We need the MC # to get a boat slip. We get that they close for the Holiday as the recording states, however its Feb 1. Way past the Jan. 2. Date they said they'd re open. They have our brand new pontoon . We were told it had to go back to Manitou for repairs. Called Manitou. They dont have it. We have left several messages. Next step is report it missing? This guy is a crook!!! Avoid at all costs!
I bought my paddleboard from this place I live on a lake with 2 acres so I do you recommend going and if you can find some relaxing floats and tubes to hang out there always accommodating eager to please
