Such a rude store. Employees treated my mother horribly. Show a little kindness to your customers and explain that you need a reservation to order hams and don’t make them wait in line. Time for management to step in and retrain the entire store.

The store was busy when we got there, yet the wait time wasn't bad, considering. There was an error on my sandwich, which wasn't discovered until I got home, but still, it was delicious. The young woman who took our order was friendly, attentive, and a delight to deal with. Further proof of the store's deserved high mark is that the line of customers waiting to place their orders was truly out the door when we left. Error or not, yes, I will be back.
Just as a feedback, here goes my comment. Product is awesome. I ordered and paid online, and set a time for pickup, way in advance. Today, I went to pickup the ham. No record of my order, ham was not ready. People were very nice and attentive, but was getting frustrated seeing people get in and out with their orders..Can not explained what happened. Just thankful clerks were so attentive and ended up taking care of me.
We ordered her for our celebration of 20 yrs. Meijer celebrated with ham and turkey sandwiches boxes. Each had a snickerdoodle cooke, bag of chips and the Absolutely best sandwich ever.!!
We all know that the Honey Baked ham is the best...there is really no other like it. And when you receive great customer service, as you can expect at this location, it makes for a great experience. Thank you, again, for always making the customer feel they are appreciated and valued. Your team members are exceptional...especially Jami!
