All Safe Security & Lock is fantastic! This company deserves 10 stars. As a long-time PR professional, first impressions and customer service is everything to me. My husband and I just purchased a new home that came with one key and no keys for all the other doors. I sent an email request late in the day assuming that I would not hear back from anyone until the next morning. However, in less than 20 minutes, I received a call from Diana and she scheduled Freddy for the next morning. Freddy arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful (10 stars for him too). Freddy had the doors re-keyed and keys made in no time at all. He even took the time to adjust the front door handle because it wasn’t on straight. I would not hesitate to recommend All Safe Security & Lock to everyone. This is a company that knows how to do business and I love dealing with local businesses. Thank you, Diana!
Needed a new lock installed on a cluster mailbox. They came out & drilled out old lock. The replacement they brought did not fit. They ordered the correct lock came back and installed it in a timely manner. There were no additional charges. Very fine reputable company. Thank you again. Jim
