I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! Not only are they amazing with my animals but they are great with the owners too! Everything is clearly explained and with care . When you are upset they are understanding and compassionate! Along with the doctors techs and assistants the ladies at the front desk are great too! I highly recommend Lake street Veterinary clinic!

Almost like take-out for pet care. Fast and efficient and we never had to get out of the car. The Vet came out to give us the animal's health report, we paid for the services and were on our way.

Heather, the Vet Tech, came out to us in the parking lot to greet us and take care of the preliminaries. The the Vet came out and we discussed everything, he took my dig inside and proceeded to do everything we talked about. They were totally efficient, VERY FRIENDLY, and completed the visit. I like these guys !!

Over priced for horrible service. Took my cat in because of blader/not peeing for 2 weeks. They said they would take a sample. (Which would require a catheter.) They called me saying they never took a sample and to just change his cat food. 2.5 weeks later my cat dies from his bladder being to full and his urethra ruptured. Was in severe kidney failure. If they would have tried to get a sample like they said they would, I would have known about my cat sooner and could have saved him. Will never go back to them for any animal.
