this is regarding the office staff my mother had been given an appt for 11-07-2019 at 2.00pm and therefore on this date i took my mother for her appointment the office staff said that she did not have an appointment i told them that i left the appt card at home and said that i called the office and asked if she can have a sooner appt because it is a follow-up per her release from the hospital on October 29th during which conversation was told no appt available earlier than 11-07-2019 which had been made previously i insisted she must be seen because i repeatedly told them she was released from the JFK hospital on October 29th and we were instructed to follow up with the doctor both office people looked thru the computer system under different areas and insisted that no one could have made an appointment for 11-07 at 2.00pm and further, a different area in their system showed there was never an appointment that was cancelled either and that was their further proof that there was never an appointment on 11-07-2019 and, further they can not see her at all until 11-19-2019 at 1.15 pm---which i agreed to bring my mother back at that time after taking my mother home, i returned to the office with the appointment card at which point she asked for the name again and now immediately saw a notation in the system which showed the appt for 11-07-2019 was rescheduled and a call was made to my correct telephone number and there was no answer someone in the office knows how to manipulate the system to cover the irresponsible and inefficient staff--- the doctor is extremely professional and focused but, the office staff is not because this is the second time this has happened and for this reason i feel i must make a strong comment
