You have no recourse's if you are not satisfied with final product, this company is not licensed in Fl. After you sue the owner Ricardo and win a final judgment against him, good luck collecting. They are very irresponsible.

Workmanship was amazing his guys did a great job the customer service needs work nothing that the lead guy said happened and time frame promised unsuccessful. Great price but had to have a discussion about the actual job started and the quote given. Overall I am very happy with the job but the journey was tough. Thank you Darwin and Team great job!! Customer Service needs some fine tuning. My Patio looks amazing! :)
I would give them a 0 if I could, guys i know it may be the cheapest company out there but they are also the most irresponsible company i ever had to deal with. Take your money somewhere else or you will end up in court like me. We had a signed contract which he did not comply, the owner Ricardo doesn't care about you. He just want your money. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. They are not licensed to work in the state of Florida
Take your money to a licensed contractor they use another company license number, you we end up in court like i did, and them good luck trying to get your money back because they aren't register. Scam alert
Fail to follow up w significant delay in project. Poor quality of work. Owner will subcontract. Poor professionalism. It Is better to look elsewhere
