In a Historic Preservation District in SE Florida the myriad requirements and regulations were mastered by Juan and his team. Concept and construction drawings were quickly and thoroughly completed for review and permitting. Bureaucratic demands and delays were addressed with precision and perseverance. The construction management was unstinting in assuring that all trades and work were properly informed and correctly completed as planned and on budget.
