Love it. If you’re looking for a healthier option than treating yourself to a shake or energy drink, I definitely recommend giving this place a try! Very calming atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered the Sopapilla Cheesecake shake flavor and it was delicious!

If you're looking for DELICIOUS, healthy, nutritional drinks, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Quite, but hip setting, with helpful and insightful staff and ownership. I recently had a heart attack and they were able to help me find nutritional and beneficial supplements to fit my needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! A
Employee not wearing a mask. She said she had already had covid. Didn't put one on even when scolded by a customer. She said she couldn't find her mask. Owner obviously doesn't want to follow the rules.
THIS IS HERBALIFE. I didn't see ANYTHING on their website about this being an Herbalife distribution cafe. Looking forward to it HIGH HOPES Update: The uploaded pictures to Google look AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. I showed the guy the exact one I wanted and he told me they are under new ownership and he couldn't tell me what the drink was jus by a picture. And if he tried to make it I would be disappointed because everyone mixes them differently. It's pricey. I recommend Nutrition Lodge in Springtown 18 miles down the road.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Not only is it delicious and healthy it’s really convenient when I’m running errands with the kids and don’t want to jeopardize health for a fast lunch on the go.
If you are a gym rat, or someone that wants something sweet & refreshing with healthy alternative, they have nice refreshing cold shakes and teas with lots of different flavors. I usually get the cardio in a cup which burns 150 calories comes in a small or large size. I love how they take the time to make the presentation of the drinks appealing & they are super helpful if you need help deciding!
Love this shop. The cardio in a cup teas are delicious. They also took the time to help me find a shake flavor that I Iiked also. Great environment and you should definitely check it out!!!!
