We are very happy with our local library. The process of checking in and out is very easy. The staff here is very helpful and polite. They do offer a drive through option that was used by us heavily during COVID-19 pandemic. We are still exploring their programs for kids and it is great to see how they adjust to the new reality. We are very happy to see international book selection and wish it will be expanded further.

A lots of study room. Quiet library.
I have been going to this library for more than 10 years and absolutely love it! The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The children's department is especially fantastic with their programs, playing and reading spaces, and excellent librarians!

Overstaffed, unwilling to help my family, and extremely rude. Came in to get our passports renewed 30 minutes been processing closes. Claimed processing was already closed. 4 ladies at the front and they all refused to help. Told us to take some forms to fill out and shooed us out as they began to talk amongst themselves. Looked pleased that we were leaving. 2nd time this has happened, doesn't look like any improvement has been made throughout the years. Very disatisfied and will most definitely not come back.
