I never leave reviews and this is my first review ever but maybe it’ll be took in consideration being that this is a children’s neurologist office.Majority of the front desk staff are very unprofessional and rude. They place you on hold for long periods of time and then disconnect the call on you and it’s really bad when it’s close to the office closing time. The actual doctor is very good with children if you could actually get thru to the front desk to set up a appointment.

Dr. Vernier has been my daughters Neurologist 4yrs and honestly he himself is AMAZING. Very caring, explains everything in detail, extremely thorough and he genuinely cares about his patients and the families! As for his “Office Staff” if that’s what they think they are, I’d be rating -5 stars that’s how absolutely awful they are! No one EVER I mean ever answered the phone. U can leave a message at each and every option there is you will NOT hear from them! Authorizations the Dr puts in for them to do for testsing like MRI, EEG etc, HA! It will never ever get done! And forget about Therapy Plans being signed off on because my child’s OT & ST faxed hers over 3 separate times over an entire months time and called with NO RESPONSE! They actually called me n asked me to call them and guess what? ANOTHER 3 WEEKS WENT BY CUZ NOONE AMSWERED THE PHONE OR EVEN RETURNED MESSAGES! They can’t even print out prescriptions the correct way from how the dr gives to them. 3 times now I have personally had to drive the 2 hours up there just to get the correct quantity or dosage of my daughters medications. Honestly there is MUCH MUCH more and many examples I can give if his staffs pure incompetence, but I don’t have a month to type it all. It’s truly a shame because Dr. Vernier is the one who is going to suffer for their mistakes and LAZINESS and he already is and so are many kids because they have left his practice and went elsewhere. SO MANY parents all day exactly what I did it’s a daily reoccurring issue with his staff. They are more worried about playing on their cellphones and ordering their take out lunch and gossip talking right in front of the children and parents instead of doing they’re actual jobs. Ya know the ones they are paid to do!! Seriously, give me 1 week in that office doing the desk, phones and insurance authorizations and every single one of his office staff would be fired.

The doctor is very good. He was very attentive and listens to you in regards to the needs of your child. All those ladies in the front are very unprofessional. They never have an answer to any of your questions. One of them was talking about where she got her catering done for her wedding while the phone rings and none of them answer. No wonder no one can get through. All they do is gossip and not do their job. They all should be reprimanded. I called so many times for medication and they kept on transferring me to voicemail. You have to remember names to call them out cause if not they always blame someone else. Anyone looking into this place BEWARE, call your insurance and report them!

Dr. Avi has gone above to help my son and try to make all run as smooth as possible in his crazy little , high strung wonderful world. The staff is always friendly an extremely friendly and helpful. Thank goodness I found this place a few years ago - such a God send

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Called me to cancel my daughters TOVA testing three months ago. No call back to reschedule, I've reached out several times. NO answer and no returning my calls. But of course, when we initially visited they were laughing and having a good time.
