Great Location to work from. People are Great. Great location, just off I-4 downtown Lakeland. You can Rent use the space for as little as a day if that's all you need. I rent just the open floor plan. which is use of a large common desk, locker included. This is a great place for a start up. No large term lease/rental agreements. No CAM charges. You can rent your own desk, or office. They Have several different size private offices you can rent. One of the most professional work offices I have seen or used. I wish there were more around, because I would use one on Orlando and either downtown Tampa or St Pete.

As a new young couple in town, my husband a I were looking for a place where we could find an entrepreneurial environment, network, have access to local learning resources and collaborate! Also, the facility is top notch! I rent an office, and can honestly say, it is my favorite place in Lakeland. \u003c3 So grateful for Catapult's vision, for the community and for a space that promotes innovation in Lakeland.
