This is the best place in town! My dogs love Dr. Winter, even my one that isn't much of a \social butterfly\ loves seeing Dr. Winter, I guess she knows good people when she meets them! We even needed help with getting some confirmation of one of ours dogs breed and one of the receptionist helped us so quick! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Through the rough year of 2020 we had to say goodbye to 3 of our beloved pets. Dr. Winter and her girls went above and beyond to get us through this terrible time! We have taken our pets to Dr. Winter since she opened this practice at this location. I highly recommend Lakeland Veterinary Hospital.

This wonderful pet care facility was highly recommended to me by Zoological Professional who takes her own dogs here. All Staff including Front Desk are so personable, caring, concerned. This fact alone is why I've left innumerable vet clinics in the Winter Haven area in a 10 year span. SO many Winter Haven Vet clinic front desk staff have been impersonable, non-friendly, non-communicable. They didn't realize I had a successful pet sitting business that referred my clients to Vet Clinics that I recommend. We brought our little girl in for boarding the weekend following the Fourth of July weekend and we were met with absolutely amazing service, great wait times, and unbeatable pricing! Not only that, but we just received an adorable welcome card and magnet in the mail. It was such a sweet gesture- we will definitely be coming to this location for all our boarding needs as well as vet visits from here on out!
