Have been wanting to upgrade my car for a while and have always been a fan of Volkswagen. After moving to Lakeland and now commuting 2hours a day I decided to I wanted to start looking. Knowing that my current loan was underwater I knew it would be difficult to make it work. HIRAM!!! Trey was very helpful and patient. We communicated back and forth for 2 weeks and he was never pressuring or overwhelming to work with. I ended up putting my deposit down over the phone and came in the next day to pick up my car and everything was ready to go, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. THRIFTING LOUNGE

Had an issue with my lease. When I dropped it off i met Trey Chapman and he helped me get out of my lease that would of cost me alot of money to return due to mile overage. He got me exactly what I wanted and tonown it instead of leasing. So no more worrying about miles. The sales process was no pressure and no gimmicks. My last 5 vehicles have been vw's and now make it 6. Trey also did a great job following up with me.
