Had a very good experience. April was very knowledgeable, easy to reach when we had questions. Very professional. Very friendly atmosphere. No high pressure salesmen. Our purchase was done completely over the phone and email/overnight mail. Time frame was from a Saturday, securing the trailer with a deposit to over night mailing the financial paperwork fully explaining everything on Tuesday. We currently reside in Kentucky so we made the trip to pick it up that Friday. Everything was explained when we got there, paperwork was finalized and we made our 460 mile trip back to Kentucky. Even after purchase, questions were quickly answered. Highly recommend.

Will is the best ! We went in to look at a certain toy hauler but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted so he listened to our wish list and took us to another one he thought we would like and sure enough, it was perfect for us! We’re so happy he chose to show us that one. We decided we would buy it. Will kept in touch with us all week and handled all the details all the way until we picked it up. When we arrived to pick it up, it was inside and warmed up and freshly washed. He went through it with us and showed us how everything worked and had answers to every question we had. They put a hitch on our truck super fast and the paperwork was fast and easy. We love our new toy hauler and can’t wait to use it! We are completely happy with our experience at Lakeshore and especially working with Will. We will recommend him to everyone we know that is looking for a camper. Thank you Will and Lakeshore RV !!!
