I have been a client for years with Lakeshore and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, my last service has been a mess of cancellations and this particular service required a weekly appointment for best results and it's a costly service. I called to voice my concerns only for management to ignore me. It's been 3 weeks since my initial complaint. My only complaint is how poorly management has handled this. I guess my loyalty isn't valued. I patiently waited but now my patience has run out and I sadly won't be back.
