Since we are new in town, I made stopped at this business to obtain a new eye Dr in the area after my dental appointment in said area. I made an appointment for the following day; however, my husband was taken to the hospital and I forgot all about my appointment. They called me and we made another appointment, but on that day we had no electricity so I called them and they stated they had none either. They stated they would call me to reschedule. They did not call me to reschedule so I called them again to set up an appointment when they stated we can’t give you an appointment because you missed two appointments. To which I replied on the first one my husband was taken to the hospital! The next missed appointment there was no electricity at my home or in their office, which I couldn’t control!!!! I find their attitude shocking and undeserved under the circumstances!!! Probably best not to go to a place like this where they certainly are so uncaring!!’

I have been going for 3 years now and I have always enjoyed my visits. Dr. Fischer is soft spoken, gentle, kind, and personable. The atmosphere is very homey rather than a medical feel. They are incredibly clean and organized and everyone greets you with a smiling face. I appreciate all the help I receive from the receptionist as she guides me to finding the best frames for my face and lifestyle and adjusting to the perfect fit. Both are extremely knowledgeable, professional, seasoned, making for a smooth refreshing optical visit.

My entire family goes to Lakeside Vision. Dr. Laura Fischer is very thorough and kind. Her office, staff and herself make you feel very comfortable and easy to ask questions. I recommend anyone who needs vision care to Lakeside Vision. Also a plus is the most stylish frames.

Her no nonsense approach to eye care assures we always get what we need without any pushes towards the unnecessary. I’ve been a patient for a few years. Recently I scratched my cornea while traveling. I was told to get into my eye doctor when I returned home. I called and I was told they couldn’t t squeeze me in and to seek treatment at my family doctor or find another eye doctor. Needless, to say I won’t be back. There are plenty of options in Liberty Lake and I’d suggest others not visit Lakeside Vision. Disappointing.
