Excellent customer service! Dan did a great job helping us and walked us through the process of our 1st purchase. I was in the parking lot of the competition, but called Leo's because we passed them on our way to the competitor. I explained what we were looking for and full disclosure, I was going to check out the other store 1st since we were already there and I just discovered them on the way. He said no problem, come by when we were done and just ask for him if he wasn't at the desk. We walked in the bigger competitor store, we weren't greeted, there were members helping 1 other family and there was nobody on the floor to ask for help. My boys walked around on their own, but did not see what we were looking for so we left and went to Leo's. We were greeted when we walked in, we asked for Dan, but he was helping someone. I watched him get the customer settled at a table with paperwork and he walked up to us. He gladly showed us what they had and directed us to other areas for gear we would need and set us up with a team member for fitting and selecting gear so he could finish with his other customer. By the time we were done, Dan had finished and was waiting for us. He discussed the purchase options and he made the sale!

Chuck did an amazing job for my first test ride. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to join the motorcycle sport. The helmet I purchased from this store is a perfect fit! Did I end up ultimately choosing the 2020 Yamaha MT-03? Yes, and, will I go to Leo’s for all my gear? Also yes.

The whole crew was great and I am loving my new side-by-side. We had a difficult financial situation but Chris and finance hung in there and helped us get it worked out. Carter was amazing at getting the right vehicle picked out to match what our budget was. Randy took the time to come out and help us tie down where else do you get this kind of customer service?
