We had called ahead to ensure of inventory at the store and Sumner was able to hold a bike for us. When we arrived, Curt helped us out and was awesome to work with. We were shopping for a boys bike and he was great at interacting with kids. In addition, while we were there, Sumner came by and said hello and introduced himself since he had spoken to us over the phone. We could not have been happier with our experience. Everyone was friendly and looked to enjoy working at your shop. Our son had the biggest smile riding his first "big boy" bike.

Curt was amazing! Super helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the bikes to me. I’m a novice and he talked through everything and answered all my beginner questions very thoroughly without coming across as a know it all. Outstanding experience, highly recommended.

I love my new Trek Marlin 6 in Alpine Blue! I loved my experience purchasing from Mike & Kurt at Spark! I had been searching for this bike since spring 2020 and with the COVID crisis it didn't look good. EVERY bike shop always said same thing, no bikes it's going to be hit or miss to find one. NOT Spark Bike Run Sports. They did explain the situation and told me it would take awhile (actually only 3 months) but they would take my deposit and follow up when they got it! Well the call came Friday, I took her out this morning for its maiden voyage and I just wish it was 80 degrees out as I wanted to keep pedaling forever! I will always buy my bikes and gear from Spark moving forward! Great job guys!

Great selection of top end and entry level bikes with everything you could possibly need. Most knowledgeable staff around. Just picked up my bike after getting it serviced (ready in two days) and it looked brand new again. Top quality store.

They held my deposit for three months for an order they never had any intention of filling. When I got the call that the order was canceled, I also discovered that the business had been sold out to Drek, I mean Trek bicycles. So basically the owner punched his ticket while I can go sit on a waiting list for another bike and miss the entire season. Is this how you would want to be treated as a customer? Go do business at Trek Bicycle and see what happens. I hope Trek is reading this and seeing what kind of reputation they're inheriting
