I’ve been training for 7 years and the last 3 has been at Cat 5. Whether you’re a recreational BJJ athlete or a serious competitor this is the place to train. The school has been growing due to Professor James making a lot of improvements at the gym. He’s highly technical and can articulate his knowledge that makes it easy for us to understand. James took me under his wing to help me wrestle as a high schooler without any questions asked, very detailed with each person who’s taking any type of classes. Awesome people with very high level kickboxing/muay thai from Micah and Kim, overall great gym, will recommend to anyone learning or taking any sort of mixed martial arts to the next level.
