I asked to get my older credit card activated on a Thursday. Was told it was good to go. Tried it Friday morning. Nothing. So i called back. Was told it would be taken care of. Tried to used Saturday morning. Still not working. Called back and was told wait till Monday morning when the accounting person would be there. Called Monday morning. Was told they cant activate my credit card at all. Why did I have to wait 4 days? On vacation now. Closing accounts once home and telling everybody who,has an accou,t there to find another credit union. Ive been with this,credit union for over 20 years. Not anymore.

Got approved for a generous line of credit with a really good APR on their Credit Card. Good, Simple Products and fast service at their Lakewood Branch. Few things such as as online account opening and Check Deposit on Mobile App could make the experience even better. Good Credit Union overall
