I used them back in July of 2020 to help get Medicaid for my mom with Alzheimer's only to find out upon my follow up the case was closed. I signed the app to reapply only to find out after hiring another company it was never filed. They blamed it on Medicaid saying their notes and paperwork didn't make sense. Not worth the free price. As they say, you get what you pay for...zero cost and we got nothing. Use Helping Hands.
