The WORST ever . Made reservations for Valentine's Day dinner . We got there and ... there was a PACKED lobby and people waiting in cars outside ... apparently a reservation is really not a reservation at all . This is Valentine's Day !!! There are so many people waiting . It's now a 1.5 hour wait to eat ... with eservations \ we had tickets for an event after dinner ... so we will miss that . We also won't be eating dinner tonight either ! Thanks for completely ruining Valentine's Day with your complete incompetence. If you know what's best for this restaurant ... fire the manager who did this .

Rachel K and Evan was MAGNIFICENT!!! Hospitality was on a 10! We were visiting from Alabama and let me just say: the food was sensational and the customer service was great! The coleslaw was to die for and my boyfriend asked to buy another serving, Evan gave us a complimentary one! We felt like family!
Clean, fresh and warm stay. Loved, loved, loved the 70's music. Not my era, but they don't make songs like that anymore! They had me at the House salad. It was truly a well rounded blend of ingredients. I was very impressed with the house dressing. The food was delightfully made and I will be back. Great job Bonefish.
I could not be more disappointed at the Bonefish Grill on West Colfax. We made a reservation weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day and made arrangements for child care. We arrived 5 min before our reservation time and were told that even with a reservation the wait time was going to be over an hr and when I asked for a reason the hostess said “COVID... and our manager treated reservations as call a heads and overbooked” they did not apologize or provide any empathy. They basically ruined our Valentine’s Day since we only had child care for a limited window and at this point it was too late to make a reservation at any other place nearby.
Absolutely % Best birthday meal I've ever had. The salmon was cooked perfectly, crab cakes amazing, lava cake with the strawberry syrup stuff totally awesome. You have a customer for life right here! Oh and the cost I couldn't believe how affordable it was for the TOP QUALITY MEAL. I think I've spent more at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!!!
