The worst, most painful experience of my life! I have wasted hours & hours on the phone with their customer service trying to make sense of their EOBs. The list is very long, but not limited to: - Delayed response to providers (some claims were processed 6 months after submission); - Randomly rejecting claims, even the recurring treatments, or COVID tests after exposure!! - Unresponsive, confusing processes even for their own customer service reps;

Customer service was prompt in answering my call and also resolving the problem I had with a provider. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable about my health plan which helped a lot !
Worst company ever. They do not help you in any way. They give you the run around and tell you that you need to take it up with Cigna, they dont handle that...Cigna tells you that you need to talk with Bywater. Once again, Bywater gives you the run around, connecting you to person to person. They are no help whatsoever. Then they say your not covered for that! What a bunch of b.s.
