Other than upgrading this building (which is a desperate need right now), Colorado Christian University has an incredible music program that I know will only grow from here. The staff and professors are fantastic and deeply care about their students and their work. I went to a CCU choir performance as a senior in high school because I knew I wouldn't be able to attend a school with a horrible choir, but I was blown away and so relieved that I wouldn't have to worry after I witnessed one of the most incredible choirs I've ever seen. If you want to study music, don't rule out CCU. This music program is a diamond in the rough and most likely only a couple years from being discovered as one of the best. :)
