Colorado Krav Maga Lakewood has afforded me the opportunity to not only learn techniques for self-defense, but also to get into better shape. In addition, the instructors facilitate a welcoming environment in which people of all fitness and skill levels are capable of progressing. When you walk in, the instructors greet you by name. For me this demonstrate an actual personal investment into those who are training. The instructors want to get to know you, and want to see you succeed.
This is a fantastic school with skilled instructors and great students. Self-defense is a part of it, but you'll also get healthier, boost your confidence, and make friends. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community.
