I absolutely love this place. Bailey was nothing shy of amazing! My grandmother passed away and I had to find some flowers for her service QUICKLY! I had a few dilemmas. Our family had picked blue for her color and I wanted to get her 2 wreaths. However, the picture I had was larger than needed and the dress she was wearing didn’t quite go with the colors we picked. That didn’t stop her. In her jovial manner she was able to pick out a different style of flowers for us AND still incorporate the family color LET ME NOT forget to mention it was extremely beautiful. I called several times. Not one time did the customer service lack. If I ever got on her nerves; she never showed it. Bailey always gave great service with a smile. She continue to be gracious. This was a difficult time that we were facing. I’m super grateful to have her and if I ever needed flowers again....because of her!! I definitely would come back!

I ordered two roses in a vase for Vday. Arrived to pick it up and the thing was dressed up perfectly and was less than I would’ve payed for the like somewhere else. Great, quick transaction. Service with a friendly smile. I don’t buy flowers often enough. Thanks Cranes!
