This place is awesome mr flowers and his family with staff are always very friendly and curtious we have tried several places before coming here and we love it. Even our little guy feels right at home. This place is great for all ages great pricing and different plans to accommodate your needs i cannot say enough about them. Awesome place to grow with

After asking a mom's group on Facebook about suggestions of martial arts classes for kids in the Lakewood area, several people recommended Denver Karate Academy. We decided to give them a try for our 8 year old. We have been very happy. The instructors are great! It is a family owned business that has been around for 20 years, and you can tell they really care about making it a fun and educational experience for the kids. They have done a great job making sure they are following the rules for the pandemic. Our son is loving it and we feel he is in a safe environment. Win-Win.

As a kid, I took martial arts in a couple of different schools. When I first walked through the doors of Denver Karate Academy for my son's first lessons in 2014, little did I know how much DKA would become a part of our lives. This school is a family-friendly place that balances the teachings of martial art principles (discipline, respect, focus, personal growth) with kindness and respect. Years later, my son and I continue our martial arts education together as black belts at Denver Karate Academy. It is truly a great place. They set a great example of community cohesiveness, respect, and humility for all their instructors to follow, and that inspires their students. We love everything about this karate studio.
