My kids have been participating here for over a year now and I'm loving watching them learn, grow, build confidence, and create relationships. The family that teaches here has strong core values that come through in their teaching. I'm hoping to start classes myself as soon as I can. Updating my review from a few months ago... Have taken the \yoga\ class and was surprised at how awesome I felt with the multi dimensional approach. Now having taken a private BJJ session, I see how they support each other. Very excited to join the group classes and this amazing community.

As a 3rd degree black belt who has travelled the world teaching and training jiu jitsu for almost 20 years, I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to BJJ academies. I can say wholeheartedly that Flo-Life is one of the absolute best of all the hundreds of academies I've seen. Mike and Sheena really care about their students and the quality of their classes they present. Their teaching method is also very unique and creative. This is the best academy in Colorado, let alone Denver!
