My mother went through your drive thru Thursday night and ordered a regular hot fudge sundae. When she received it she said it was completely melted. This is not the first time that she has complained about this. My parents enjoy going to Freddy’s after they run errands at the mall but they are hesitant to return.

The service was prompt. The staff was very clear during the ordering process so you know exactly what you're getting and what you need to ask for extra. Pricing was better than most and the food was perfect. Especially the fries. Definitely going back
I want to start off by thanking Royce! After a long day, and close to close, I got the saddest burger of my life, no burger. I dont normally call, but was connected to Royce who was apologetic and since I couldn't make it back before they closed, he offered to send me some coupons to make up for it. I was skeptical but hopeful. They arrived with a nice corporate letter, and the following week, my friend and I enjoyed a complete meal. Thanks again!
Quick prompt and courteous as expected. Nice to be able to sit and eat there once again. Staff member checking on you as you enjoy your hot meal. Fries are the best !!
We really enjoyed our lunch here today! We got to take 2 of our missionaries from church, to the offered outside patio we all had meals with chili cheese fries and some custards in the end! 5 different ones! All made with some love. These young adults working here should get a lot of credit! They really do a great job! Thanx!!
