The manager Made a little more sense but the original agent that was to assess the damage and Take care of things was a shyster.... He kept giving me little amounts of money At a time and then said he couldn't see the damage in the pictures But I had given him a bid already From an auto parts from A Body and Fender shop . He Hedged on everything .

I had the pleasure on speaking with Joy of the Lakewood office on 2/9/2021 and I cannot stop bragging about how she absolutely made my day with the service I received. She actually had perfect timing in calling to follow up with me in regards to an online quote. I was literally in the middle of searching for an immediate exit plan from my previous carrier after a horrible 2 weeks worth of confusion and mind blowing foolishness as a new client. She advised me in how to procced and what to ask for any chance at clarity with the other company but after meeting Joy my mind was made on transitioning! Joy made my transition to Geico effortless in under an hour by phone. One call and experience with Joy had me absolutely sold even before hearing the rate I would pay monthly....the better rate was just a bonus to how well I was treated during the calls. I initially intended to think it over and call back the following day but after the service Joy provided I called back to immediately start service....I couldn't get over how helpful and pleasant the call was which was the polar opposite of my experiences with the other insurance company I was being scammed by. I can't thank Joy enough for helping and absolutely turning my day around!

Done a good job just wasn't very responsive, when trying get updates, I done all the calling to my credit company for payoff, cost me a week longer on interest other than that great

Been a customer for 4 years not much of any discounts for me others pay less for same coverage thats not very good for sales if you ask me . there shouldnt be so much bs that goes along with your coverages to make more off a customer dirty buisness coverage should be coverage and thats it every 1 that wants insurance to be covered for evrything if they made it 1 set price for coverage more customers more money thts simple buissnes and i didnt even graduate or go to collage!
