Saturday, there was a long line that took 2 hours to get UA. They were not social distancing and put all of us at risk for Covid. I called place to report problem and got hung up on. Obviously, this place does not care that hundreds were put at risk during pandemic.

Kinda hard to find. Small parking lot. No Males aloud. Female only facility. Today by the luck of the draw, myself and my beautiful girlfriend had the pleasure of getting both our numbers drawn for a random. Saturday means, I gotta go to Kendall and she's gotta go here. This facility is new so it seems nice from the outside. I hear it is decent on the inside aswell. You better have exact change for your test. No coinage, this form of currency is not excepted. No hats, phone, tablets, headphones or children. Lots of rules but it is a half way house too so whatever. The small parking lot is nice though, I have enjoyed many a cigarette while waiting out there, seeing many disgruntled women marching in to satisfy the system. Keep your heads up ladies, some day soon this will all be behind you and you will have grown from it.

This woman I dealt with was cool...told me to take off my sunglasses. I asked if there was a lot of terrorist attacks that happened there. She explained it was a federal building. Makes sense. Was quick a quick drop. I can dig it. Highly recommended.

I am here for 1 year, there has been a high turn over in staff, lack of training has caused issues regarding rules and no consistency in rule guidelines. The facility itself is not in bad shape however the bathrooms have no exhaust fans and the humidity created causes unhealthy conditions. The bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms accommodating up to 24 women with only 2 showers and 2 toilets. The facility only has 3 wash machines and 3 dryers for a facility that can hold over 200 women.
