Great manager she is very helpful and keeps a peaceful motel. Its probably the quietest motel on West Colfax. They have different size rooms. We have the nicest one because we take care of it

Great service fine friendly company
Decent place for a decent price
This is one of the worst motels!! I paid ahead for a week stay. The rooms are very dirty and not kept up. once I seen it, I requested my money back! This man was so rude yelling and cursing at us. They charged us 70 for a night even though we did not even go in the room. Oh and did not tell us that we have to wait for up to eight days before we can get our money back in the bank. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go to this motel. ;-)
Infested with bed bug and very dirty
Nice place clean bed it's an old building so a little dust is to be expected. Operators are really nice and happy to help out . I like the location and at 300 a week you really can't ask for more. Also very quiet and a good place to rest
it's ok so far. police only come once a day
Absolute filth. Rented two rooms from this place. 1st room had 2-4 month old food chilling in the oven. Second room the bed was soaked with piss. When told the manager I was told hey we have better rooms next time I promise a better cleaner room. Wehn I return he refused to rent me a room threatened to call the cops. Because his rooms are they way they re like it or leave it. So health department here I come
