Allstate is the worst. They have sent two adjusters that failed to show up with weeks in advance notice. They will give you pennies on the dollar and make you fight for the coverage you paid for. Stay away... I learned this the hard way.

They are experts and take time to make sure I am comfortable with any questions, changes, etc. Marcy does a yearly review which I have never had and it is always nice to hear from her. I recently just switched to the Smith Agency for both car and home owners insurance. In total, they were able to save me around 400. Although this was amazing, the true benefit comes with how amazing the Smith Agency staff have been. My Grandma, who also as Allstate, has been having some issues with her home. With one phone call to Marcy, she was able to find me numerous resources and was able to put my Grandma's mind at ease. Keep in mind, she isn't even my Grandma's agent. I cannot say enough kind words for what this meant to me. If you are looking for a great agent, and an even better person, Marcy Smith is the person for you.
