do not come here to check in they will turn you out, there is another mclane warehouse located at 9611 45th Ave SW Unit 4 Lakewood, WA 98499 United States go there and and park right in front of that warehouse and wait, a security will come to assist you so many rules, so hard to get unloaded, plus if you lucky and they give the back docks, then thats all what you need

most of the reviews about the staff and space are very right. no doubt it is very tight place for backing up. Security staff is no doubt very rude. you can stage between two rail lines along with the building side.later, the guy will approach you to get the paperwork.right in front of the docks is a fence before railway track. not enough space.they charge lumper fee. facility is not that old but who ever had designed it was an A....... from two pictures, you can guess how many drivers have rubbed their truck.

Check is at the McLane facility at 9611 45th Ave SW, regardless of where you’re delivering. The guard there will direct you where to go from there. If you are delivering to the facility on Lakewood Drive, be advised that the docks on the back side of the building are tight due to limited forward space.

Applied about 2 months ago interview was about 1 month ago. No calls or voicemail. Definitely no email saying your not selected at this time nothing. Did have a talent person Facebook messenger me saying my app was rejected. Note to the hiring people step up your A game and let people know quicker on the status of the application so they can continue to go to other adventures

Omg! I don’t even know where to start. First you come in at the location, they are closed. Somehow they answer the phone and it appeared to be another location for check in. Some of the Security so rude that you don’t even understand what they want you to do. Check in location is 9611 45th street. But you need to line up in front of bld 4 which is hell!!! The whole place is so messed up that cant even find words to describe!

If you need to make overtime take a load there they're the BEST at taking forever to unload even the smallest amount of freight not to mention how good they are at stalling and wasting your time before you even get a door to back into! Examples just checking in can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours then they send you to your door which is probably on the other side of the property half a mile away then when you get there there sometimes they'll be a truck in the door you were assigned and they're still waiting to get unloaded and when you finally back into the door they'll let you sit atleast a couple of hours before they start and the best part is let's say you have 2 pallets to deliver the average time it takes them to unload and breakdown would be 30 minutes but for some reason you'll still sit there for 5 and a half hours because they either start unloading for 10 minutes then stop let you sit 3 hours then comeback unload for for another 5 minutes then stop and let you sit 2 hours and comeback 30 minutes later and finish unloading for another 5 minutes and that doesn't include the wait time for them to sign your paperwork that alone can take another hour to 4 hours which means if you get paid by the hour 's Cha ching!!! And if you think I'm exaggerating just ask any driver who's delivered there lol
