Dr. Vo is a great DO. He has helped me solve several body pains without having to use drugs which is my preferred method. He also makes sure he answers all of your questions before leaving your appointment. I have and will recommend him.

I’ve been seeing doctor Vo for nearly two years. I’ve never showed for an appt, never asked for an increase in medication nothing. He ran a drug screen on me but ran the wrong test for what I was taking so it came back as negative. Instead of calling me and trying to problem solve he sent a message saying he’d no longer prescribe that medication. A medication that can result in death is abruptly stopping. He doesn’t even have the knowledge to know this specific medication won’t show on a standard drug test but instead need a blood test. The clinic manager Brenda continually cut me off when I was talking, accused me of being hostile and was not willing to listen to what a message like that caused our household so late at night. He sent the message after hours so I had no way to even get in touch with him. Not to mention they didn’t even run the first urine sample I gave them. I was mad about this as I had four traumatized foster children who I left with a nurse while I took the test. It took them an additional 20 minutes to find a nurse to watch My Kidd just for them to not even run the test.

Dr Vo will not give you more the 90day worth of RX make you come in every 90day my insurance will not pay to get my rx refilled every 90 day at 280 a visit so I ended up getting stuck with the bill for 2 visits . and now I call him nothing call again nothing called again they way said you can make appointment and ask him about this 280 it a simple question can I get my RX refilled like I've done for 6 years before old Dr. He retired (I can in once a year with him )and just come in and get them or send the RX to Costco. Not paying 280 to find that out. And your staff sucks don't return calls only after 3 week gone by.
