By far the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. The woman in the front desk has absolutely no Social skills so i don’t get how she’s even running it trying to call the cops on people for asking her for a blanket. Would ever return to this place and not cus there is anything wrong with the actual rooms just by far the worst customer service. I could go to a crack head motel and get better service than come with this rude lady.

Like all motel 6 properties I’ve stayed in, this one lives up to its higher standard. Brand new? First off, the photos online aren’t exactly all from this property (they have updated some of them since my review) but what I imagine could only be from what it was suppose to look like before construction was done. The pool is nothing like the photos, and the rooms were oddly smaller than other Motel 6 based properties. The staff was very discombobulated when I checked in, I had to ask for a upgraded room based on my status which is suppose to be an automatic thing and they couldn’t figure out the proper way to code a key in a timely manner. The nightly happy hour isn’t happening currently, surprisingly not due to Covid- rather a “staffing issue” which was a disappointment. They still are only offering a prepackaged breakfast which I didn’t partake in. The biggest issue I hate at this brand is their overly aggressive commitment to “being green” which means that lights are almost all sensor activated which includes the A/C- so when you fall asleep the A/C eventually does too. Overall, not a bad stay- probably wouldn’t go back since there’s plenty of options in the area but if you seek a hotel that has a “home away from home” feeling with free parking that’s a brand new property...this is it.
Let me first say the hotel staff was friendly and straightforward, the booking was easy, and the room was inexpensive. But the quality of the room was egregious. There were a few small things that made me wonder if they changed the towel, or just don't fold them normally, not sure. The bed just had a sheet and the thin top blanket, which had a big stain in the middle of it. I think we can all agree thats repulsive. I tried to just use the sheet and turn up the heat in the room but it stayed around 65 all night (just cold enough to get a bad night's sleep). I've stayed at Motel 6 all over the country and this was the worst so far. Sorry for the bad review, but the cleaning standards need to be improved.
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. First I booked for a week and was given a room that not only was dirty ( no idea when they last cleaned under the bed) but smelled bad. I asked for towels one night and was told they dont have access to them housekeeping would have to bring them to my room. They never showed up. It's so run down compared to how it was 2 years ago. It was so bad we just forfeited our last night and left early. Not worth it at all no fridge or microwave which it was suppose to have and no remote. Overall horrible stay.
Clean rooms. Friendly and professional Stickers for paying on time and check out times though. Pet friendly with no deposit. Or added fees!sticklers, not stickers. Sorry. And the dog gate is ours.
It was quiet and clean great place to stay if you're just passing through town. Or just need some time away and to yourself.
Not only were the staff extremely rude with lots of attitude but since I've been here literally I hear all these noises sliding screeching sounds and there's always a motor sound that goes with it to obviously a endoscope. These people aren't even good at being sneaking. That part is okay though the part that makes me mad is how they lie straight to my face. called the cops on me because there was a cop car out in front of my door and I heard someone out in front of my window and the cop couldn't do anything because I hadn't done anything wrong. Go f*** yourselves over here
Bring bleach (to clean) and batteries for the remote. Housekeeping didn’t even have soap in room and was rude when I asked for such. Couldn’t use tv without remote either. Interior security latch was broken. Marks all over tables. Requested room on cleaner side but was told they didn’t have rooms over there. Guy asked me if I knew where to get “green or blues”. Sketchy dump of a place. Fire alarm was missing with just wires hanging out. Water cold. Heater didn’t work. Food on sidewalk for days... Police are always here for something it appears. Motel 6’s in Denver need to loose their accreditation.
