The stores located over on Kipling in Florida in Lakewood I phoned in my order as I always do I was told to arrive in one half hour I was prompt my order was ready everything is correct fast friendly staff courteous going above and beyond to be polite especially and since trying times I purchased a Cowboy family sized. I also purchased a Murphy's I don't know supreme I guess and supreme meat and vegetables they were both delicious I also ordered a salad Italian salad it was great and got some cookie dough first time ever highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie dough And I'm telling all my friends. And I am guaranteed to frequent your establishment again I've been in there several times and I've never had a problem thank you guys keep up the great work.

This is the second time this has happened. This is a large and look at the very little toppings i got.. Tell those kids working there to slow down and make it right

This particular Papa Murphy's is absolutely terrible. The staff is incapable of making a half and half pizza. Toppings are always mixed up and inconsistent. The quality has also degraded over the years and prices continually go up. Not worth the time or money

I just have bad luck at this location! New problem every time from getting a wrong order almost everytime to being argued with about it. Tonight wasn't entirely their fault, but was dealt with poorly from a customer perspective. I ordered 2 salads, dropped one by accident, not a single word from the staff as I cleaned it up myself, wasn't told it was OK, wasn't given a single option to even PURCHASE a new one (which is what I was prepared to do), so I walked out with one salad. Having worked retail for a good chunk of my life, that was about the worst way to handle that situation. I will try my luck at a new location or just can Papa Murphy's as an option all together.

I came in tonight to get a Chicago pizza. I specifically asked (since my pregnant fiance will NOT eat it) that they do NOT put Italian sausage on it. My poor fiance could smell it when she went to cut into the pizza. She proceeded to pick at a slice and to her dismay there was indeed Italian sausage. I called to notify them of the error and was met with a 15min hold before I hung up and called back. They then told me to bring the pizza back to get any sort of credit. How I am supposed to transport the cooked pizza back to the store, hot with no box is beyond me but that's okay. I'll pass. Next time I'll order Domino's instead at least when they mess up they will correct the mistake. High five.

I come here all the time already and love it. Last night their card system was down and they lost my order. A new girl with strawberry blonde/copper hair was the star of the show for many. She was sweet and definitely is going places.
