Neil has been awesome with helping me deal with my sister's estate. Neil had been in the process of rewriting her revocable trust, but as she put him off frequently, she did not sign it before her death. To say she left problems is an understatement. Neil has been great helping me navigate all the issues, that are many, as they arise. He gets back to me quickly via email and phone, despite the fact I am in Illinois and in a different time zone. Her estate/trust is not resolved yet, but I would not have gotten this far with it in such a short time without the guidance and help from Neil. I look forward to finishing the whole process with him. He is especially good in helping me deal with the attitudes of the beneficiaries, of which I am not one. He is great all the way around.
