Very poor customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes setting up auto pay after I got a new debit card because they couldn’t figure it out just for them to get it wrong. Then the lady called me saying essentially that I was broke that’s why the money didn’t come out. Definitely wasn’t the case. Accept your mess up and stop trying to blame the problem on something else when you and your employees are in fact the problem.

We got greeted and that was it. No one asked if we needed help or anything. There was a store person available and didn’t ask if we needed help. Another employee came in a proceeded to help other customers.

This store is not good got my bed set from them if you don't pay at 8am on the day its due they calling you off the hook I've always paid aint never late but when you sleep during the day because you have a night job and they keep calling you makes me irritated I decided to try something waited a day to see what would happen without paying instantly got harassed dont go through these clowns Aaron's is probably your best bet if you can't pay they have a grace period rent a center doesn't

They were fast but ,I live maby 2 miles from rent a center and I just rented a 75" and had my family come over to watch movies in my new home.Well they said I can't get it until 3days later I work mon through Fri and I only have weekends off ,my TV won't be here until Monday and it's Saturday so I can't receive my TV because there short staff ,I told them I'll help move it but it was shured off.Not to impressed.
