After the deferment for three months my account will be debited a total of four months this coming week I was not offered any type of deferred payment schedule for this monies, and when I called the office I was told it was my responsibility to call and ask for payment deferment, which I was doing when I actually called that day and I was told it was too late for any deferred payments, yet on my July statement said call your agent for assistance with your payments. That was not the case. I will make the payment this coming week of the amount due and I will take it from there. Overall I’m not happy about this at all. I do not like leaving negative comments on anyone but you did ask. David Yanoschak Sr.
