I attend the kickboxing and have learned so much. Mr. H is a wonderful teacher and I can't thank him enough for the knowledge he has passed to me. Mr. H is so knowledgeable in so many different fighting styles and techniques it makes it hard for me to decide which classes I want to attend but he still gives me to opportunity to learn a little bit of all my interests.

I currently attend with my 12 year old son RMKA and love it!! Mr. H is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. I've been to other kickboxing and boxing classes prior and none of them can compare.
I have my two young daughters taking karate here since earlier in the year. As a parent, I really appreciate Mr. H's decades of knowledge in karate, and also enjoy his disciplinary style when it comes to teaching. He's a no-nonsense type of person, takes his teaching seriously, and discipline the kids as needed. But there's also a nice balance of 'learning' and 'having fun' while at it. You can tell that he's passionate to teach, wants the kids to truly learn karate and also be better, respectful people, and that he's not there to just collect a paycheck. My daughters (and so do all the other kids it seems like) really enjoy the class - they can see he has their best intentions at heart, and also because he does get playful with the kids sometime.
Discipline, confidence, focus, and self defense are just a few of the things my child has gained. He continues to grow every class becoming aware and enlightened. These are lessons that can be used on and off the mat everyday. A must try for any parent considering a karate school. You will be amazed by Mr. H and how he will help your child transform.
The instructor is awesome with kids and wonderful at teaching. My son has learned so much and has many friends at this school. He has a speech issue and the children here have been nothing but understanding and nice to him about it, kids in other situations are not so kind.
