I just want to say Signature Health is a class act! From the moment I stepped off the elevator I must have looked lost because a kind, welcoming, very sweet woman named Jill happened to be walking by and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for Signature Health and she told me I was in the right place. She asked me some questions, directed me to where I needed to be and followed up with me after my appointment to make sure I got what I came for.What a great way to begin an overwhelming process. Thank you Signature Health and especially Jill, for taking a moment to simply be kind. A friendly face and warm smile truly can make all the difference!!!!

Didn't get the help i needed or the call i was expecting back from them. Just a bunch of run arounds. Edit: Well here i am 2 months later. Decided to give them another chance. Had an appointment with one of the doctors about a month ago. Day is approaching and i call the office to make sure they remember. Apparantly the doctor i was supposed to see went on vacation so i had to reschedule with a new doctor. i had to call THEM to find that out, no one bothered to try to notify me. Had a phone appointment today on doxy. Susan Whitaker didn't show up. Sat there for 10 minutes. Nothing. Called the office to make sure she didn't forget. Not my job, but ok. The guy said i am down for an appointment and she might be in a meeting and should be there shortly. Ok then. I wait another almost 10 minutes. Still no susan. No text from her. No nothing. Wow just wow. Couple months ago i had an appointment with the case manager leah. Went to the office on time. She didn't even know i was scheduled for an appointment!! Had to search and ask different people just to find her like a needle in a haystack. This place is a waste of my time!

If i could give zero stars I would. First they implied I would see a psychiatrist. They may have one who oversees the nurse practitioners with no experience that will ACTUALLY be treating you, but I have my doubts. Appts have been via telephone or video since Covid. They've missed 2 while I waited thus far. If you have had ANY substance abuse in your past that is in your medical history, you'll be treated as a junky, not a human. Just dont bother. Save yourself the headache.
