Nice activity for the kids, staff was very friendly, however mandated 6ft social distancing was not enforced at this place. I feel like the place was understaffed for the amount of guest they had in the building. You're standing in line where they have 6ft social distancing labels but people were standing on top of one another. Waiting on lines to get into the different zones, no social distancing. It was kind of like a free for all. Very disappointing. That was the place my son has chosen for his birthday and they did have a good time so thank you for that. I hope that in the future social distancing can be enforced to ensure the safety of guest who just want to have a good time.

Took my 4 year old daughter there and she had the time of her life in the foam pit...i had a wonderful time myself at the basketball hoops... highly recommended.

Visited this location yesterday with my three kids, check in was easy the staff in the front were super helpful. The nightmare began when we entered the jumping area.... the place was super packed, no social distancing, people were falling all over each, parents and children did not have on mask, people were coughing directly on each other , idk if it was a class trip but there was a huge group in uniforms that were the worst, the staff had no control of them, the smell in the building was unbearable, and to top it off the place was disgusting. This place is definitely not taking safety measures to keep anyone safe. We ended up leaving in ten minutes, I spoke to the manager, who was very nice and apologized, he refunded me with no problem. The experience was a disappointment, especially for my children who have not been out the house in months.

Just came back from an hour jump with my family. The check in process was smooth. guys were great and organized. Everything was great UNTIL we made it onto the general jumping area. I don't know about you, but if I'm taking my family to have a good time, the last thing I need is a teenager employed by sky zone to be a sheriff. Of course safety in important and I'm the biggest believer in that. Honestly, if my child was Asking me a question and we both we on the trampoline for a few seconds the shouts of get off kept on coming....so annoying that he even followed us around making sure that 2 people never touched the same trampoline. Turned a great time into a lousy one. Not the place for freedom to jump. Other places or GetAir. I have had great experiences with them.

Great indoor activity for kids. My 2 year old son LOVES it here. We go on toddler times but also during regular business ones hours. My husband and I also did a grown up night. It was a lot of fun!!
