I absolutely love this restaurant!! Go here frequently. The food is fresh light and unique feuturing produce forward entrees and fresh squeezed juice. Service is wonderful and friendly, the only catch is, you'll probably wait in line for a table.

Have had a few good meals here. We wish they had hash browns. Blueberry pancakes are delicious.
I had brunch here this morning and I loved it! My new favorite place to eat, can't wait to come back. Eggs Benedict was amazing. Tea was very good. Service rocked too!
Clean and friendly environment. I came in alone (party of 1) and it took longer than it should have to get my name on the waiting list HOWEVER the service at my table was prompt, friendly and appropriately attentive especially since it was super busy! Coffee was hot and it was nice to have my own canister at the table. Food came fresh as ordered in a timely manner. Overall a great place and wonderful selection with friendly staff... I will definitely be coming back!
Pros: many delicious breakfast and lunch options, welcoming staff, family friendly Cons: Plan on arriving early or settling in for a wait - this is a popular spot! Don't forget the option of calling in a to-go order if you don't desire a delay when you wake up late on the weekend What sets this place apart : a number of seasonal options which are sure to delight! Options such as fresh tossed greens as a side to easily make your meal more healthy and no less mouth watering. They are very willing to make substitutions on ingredients! Recommended : best french toast I've ever had! The fresh tossed greens are delicious and even a side of eggs is mouth watering. The breakfast sandwich is a show stopper! (Though I recommend substituting sausage for the ham) Discouraged : nothing - I have yet to have anything here that was less than superb. Notes : very family friendly location, delicious and affordable kids options. My kids love it!
What is UP with the staff at this location? There was an over-the-top, almost robotic friendliness in everyone. It started with the hostess telling me "Your server will be ____. She's a wonderful, lovely woman and she'll be right with you" and every subsequent interaction with the server carrying about the same level of unsettling, counterfeit happiness. The food is always about 3 stars at every Egg & I I've ever visited, but the creepiness level at this particular location had both me and my boyfriend sweating and screaming into the crook of our arms once we left. Also, weakest coffee in the Denver area located here.
Atmosphere is very quaint. Friendly people working. Food left much to be desired though. It arrived cold and my egg was smashed. Avocado toast was drenched in lemon juice which made it very hard to enjoy. Price was good but underwhelmed with the overall experience.
The new updated look is great. Food was delicious as always but the service was extremely slow. Even accounting for it being a Saturday and not every table in the restaurant was filled. It took our server over 10 minutes to greet us and grab drinks. The food took over 25 minutes once we ordered. Sever was kind and staff was nice but compared to other egg & i that we have been to this one you could tell didn't run as smoothly
